Crystals are a wonderful thing, they are beautiful, glowing, and are believed to have special healing powers on the human body.
Also, they can last for decades, much longer than other materials in common jewelry, so why not reuse them, right? As part of our commitment to the planet, we are extremely proud to introduce to you, our crystal reuse program.
How does it work?
Decided that your favorite pair of flip flops is worn out and you need a new one? Great, send us back the crystals and receive $25 off a new pair!
*The program is valid for all flip flops, sandals, and anklets.
Here is what you need to do:
- Take a pair of scissors and cut the strings which hold the crystals to the shoes.
- Separate the crystals from the strings and detach them from the flip flops.
- Now you are left with 4 straps of crystals (inside their metal housing).
- Pack & ship the crystal straps back to us, exactly like a regular return.
- Receive a coupon code for $25 off.
Conditions for return:
- No time limitation applies.
- Crystals must be undamaged, no chips or scratches.
- The program is valid only for selected designs of our crystal flip flops and anklets (see list above).
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Coupon code will be issued and send sent via email once we receive and process the product. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
- Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
