Return Policy

Not 100% satisfied with your product? No problem, we offer a return period of 30 natural days (on holidays & special sale events extended to 60 days). This term will expire on the 30th day, counted from day the product was delivered and until the day it is shipped back.

To amend or cancel an order, please contact us with the exact details within 24h of placing the the order, after 24h we will not be able to make any changes.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT

In case you receive a wrong or defective product, we will replace it with a new item right away. In case the product is not available, you will be refunded with a Store Credit or the total amount paid. The wrong/defective item has to be returned in order to initiate the exchange/refund procedure.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN:

  1. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  2. Refund is procesed only to the same payment method used to place the order.
  3. Refunds or exchanges will be executed once we receive and process the product. Please allow 12 to 15 business days for processing.
  4. Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
  5. After we send the refund confirmation, the refund may take up to 5 business days to be reflected on your bank account statement.

To initiate an exchange or return, please follow these steps:

1. Change and Return formDownload and fill in your details.
2. Please make sure that the product is in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
3. Place the form inside the package, and send us a copy of the form (an image) to our customer support email.
4. Send the package to our warehouse at the address shown on the form.
5. To speed up the process and prevent mistakes, please send us the return shipment tracking number alongside the copy of the form to- contact@coravana.com  

The Refund will be only for product cost and not for any shipping cost.
For shipments sent from outside the US, please use only standard postal service, not a private service such as DHL/Fedex.

Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subjected for customs taxes and additional fees, this is set by each country's regulations.

In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. Coravana is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.


Shipping FAQ

Order Processing Times:

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. During the holiday season and promotional periods, order processing times may be longer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

For express shipping methods, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.


Order Tracking Information:

Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email with the tracking information. You can track directly on the carrier page, and see the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 6 business days for the tracking number to turn active and show updates, courier companies don't update information on time.


Package Responsibility:

Coravana is responsible for the package from the moment it is shipped, and until it is delivered, once the package has been marked as delivered in the tracking information, it is the responsibility of the client and Coravana will not accept any claims for lost/stolen packages.


Late Delivery:

We do our best efforts to make sure all packages get dispatched and delivered quickly and within the timeframe advised in the shipping information. In case of late delivery, Coravana will not issue an order refund.
