Order Processing Times:
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, once payment has been authorized by our team. Some products can take longer, due to our high-quality products are handmade.
For orders placed on Friday, the order will be prepared and shipped on Monday, even if you selected the Fast shipping method.
During the holiday season and promotional periods, order processing times may be longer.
Express Shipping FedEx
Does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Tracking Code: Allow 24 business hours to receive your tracking number.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important: If you select fast shipping option, take into consideration if you refuse the delivery and the package will be returned to the warehouse, in the event of any refund, please be aware that additional shipping charges will be deducted.
Address Revisions:
If you have placed an order and the address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every attempt to correct the information, however, once the order has been shipped, we will be unable to apply the changes in your order.

Please allow up to 9 business days for the tracking number to turn active and show updates, courier companies don't update information on time.

All of our products are shipped from Tel-Aviv, Israel.
It’s possible the delivery time take longer due to customs inspection.

In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. Coravana is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.

Package Responsibility:
Coravana is responsible for the package from the moment it is shipped, and until it is delivered, once the package has been marked as delivered in the tracking information, it is the responsibility of the client and Coravana will not accept any claims for lost/stolen packages.
Late Delivery:
We do our best efforts to make sure all packages get dispatched and delivered quickly and within the timeframe advised in the shipping information. In case of late delivery, Coravana will not issue an order refund.
